As our products are personalised we work hard to ensure that they are correct before sending them to print.
You have created the order but you have not checked it out.
It is still possible to edit the order.
You have placed your order.
You have 1 hour before your order is automatically sent to print. During this hour you can review and place it on hold should you need to make an edit.
To place your order on hold, go to your ‘Thank you for your purchase’ confirmation email and follow the link to review your order. From there you will be able ‘report an issue’ and write a note telling us what’s wrong, this will put your order on hold and we’ll get back to you to help you with your edit.
We can not guarantee that your order can be edited if the request is made more than an hour after purchase and not by using the link in the review email. However, we will do our best to allow an edit if it's possible and your order has not already been printed.
Your order is already being printed / you have received your order.
Once your order is being printed or you have received the order we cannot make changes.
We understand that mistakes do happen so we do offer customers the chance to remake and reprint their items at cost price, 50% discount.
