Where are the items made and sent from?

All of our products come from award-winning printer partners based in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. 

We ensure your order is printed as close to the delivery address as possible to reduce time, money and carbon footprint.

Customs Import Duties and Tax

Books

Books are exempt from VAT charges and so if you order a book to be delivered outside of the UK it will not be subject to VAT or import charges. Books being delivered to USA and Australia will be printed and shipped domestically.

Maps

Our maps are printed in Europe, therefore there will not be no additional charges or delays when shipped within the EU. However delivery destinations outside of Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
