The printed version is exactly as shown in the preview at checkout.This preview is also shown immediately post purchase and via a link in the ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE’ email
Changes can only be made within ONE HOUR after purchase using the link in ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE’ email you received.
We are processing a very high number of items and the printing process starts as soon as the map is approved for press. Unfortunately, once this has begun we're not able to change the content.
We understand that mistakes happen, so we offer customers the opportunity to remake their products at cost price, 50% of the retail price.
If you ordered a framed print, you would be able to re-order an unframed print and use the existing frame as it's not difficult to exchange the prints.
