Anyone can choose to make their video private. This means that only the recipient and the organiser of the video celebration can watch their video. This privacy setting is represented with a locked symbol on the video.
If you are an organiser and you cannot view a locked video check you are logged into your account to see the locked videos. If this does not changed the locked status of videos get in touch with us at help@thebookofeveryone.com
If you are a recipient of a video celebration and some videos are locked you need to ask the lovely person who made your video celebration for you to send you the correct link which they can find using the 'Send Now' button.
